Near Solutions Co., Ltd., a provider of AI-powered Warehouse Execution System (WES) solutions, announced on March 5 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with JIN Corporation at the latter’s Anseong showroom to collaborate in the field of logistics automation.
Under this agreement, the two companies will jointly develop an integrated WES-WMS solution based on cloud architecture, expand their smart logistics solution sales, and lead the advancement of the Software-Defined Warehouse (SDW) concept.

Through this partnership, Near Solutions and JIN Corporation will collaborate on seamlessly linking WMS and WES systems, developing data-driven optimization algorithms, and building integrated solutions for robotics and automated facility management.
