Through this agreement, the two organizations will jointly operate a program for logistics center operational productivity diagnosis and informal consulting for SME logistics companies. A WES is a system that optimizes the workflow within a logistics warehouse, and Near Solution is concentrating on maximizing the productivity and efficiency of logistics sites by centering its efforts on this system.
This agreement is expected to expand beyond simple technical support to include education and talent development. Based on its experience in WES implementation and automation design, Near Solution plans to provide structured educational content and contribute to strengthening the association's specialized automation training programs. It also plans to actively participate in the practical training programs run by the association to help build a digital foundation for the entire industry.
Near Solution has secured credibility for its technology in the WES field, having obtained a TI-1 rating, passed the cloud service verification system, and registered its WES copyright. It is also continuously filing related patent applications. Furthermore, the company is pursuing Series A investment and has set a goal of 10 billion KRW in revenue by 2025 and 40 billion KRW by 2027, with plans for global market expansion and an IPO based on a cloud SaaS model.
Choi Yong-Deok, CBO at Near Solution, said, "This agreement is more than a simple collaboration; it is a milestone for the digital transformation of the entire industry. We will create tangible change and innovation through automation solutions and education."
